OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE TO ENTER.

1. ENTRY: This sweepstakes runs in conjunction with Sponsor’s nationwide tour and ends at midnight on 8/19/06. There are two ways to enter: (1.) Purchase a special ”Motorcycle Dance” at participating locations, complete the Official Entry Form that you will be given, and you will be “automatically-entered” into the sweepstakes. (2.) You may also enter by hand-printing your name & address, your age, and a day & night telephone number, on a 3” x 5” card and mailing it to: Déjà Vu “Win this Bike” Sweepstakes, 1878 East Avenue, Rochester, NY 14610. You may enter as many times as you like by mail, but each entry must be hand-printed and mailed in a separate envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Sponsor not responsible for illegible, damaged, lost, late, misdirected, or postage-due entries.

2. ELIGIBILITY: To enter this sweepstakes you must be a legal US resident, 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Sponsor (exclusive of participating club’s private entertainers, who are eligible as co-winners), and any other person or employee of any entity directly involved with this sweepstakes, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: Each month, at participating locations, one winner per month will be drawn and put into a “Semi-finalist” category. Each semi-finalist entry will consist of a club customer/entrant and their private entertainer, who become equal partners* in the prize options offered. (Write-in entries will be proportionately included in the Semi-finalist drawing, and will include a private entertainer randomly-selected by the club manager of a location randomly-selected by an independent agent of the Sponsor). Grand Prize Winner will be selected from among all eligible Semi-finalist entries received, in a random drawing, to be held on or about 8/30/06 in Las Vegas, under the supervision of an independent agent of the Sponsor. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winner and private entertainer will be notified in writing, within approximately 3 days of the drawing date.

*An additional bonus of $2,000 will be offered to the private entertainer indicated on the customer entry form, under the condition that she is still under contract with the club at which she was entered at the time the customer entry was submitted.

4. PRIZES: There is one (1) Grand Prize of a custom built and designed motorcycle, which has an approximate retail value of $130,000. This is a one-of-a kind Déjà vu/Hustler motorcycle by Wink’s Custom Cycles. Features include frame by Xtreme Cycle Designs, T.P. Engineering 121 Engine, Baker Drive Transmission, Performance Machine Wheels, and custom paint by Eight Ball Rods & Choppers. Sponsor will arrange for delivery to winner’s home or choice of destination.

5. PRIZE CONDITIONS: No transfer, or substitution of prize allowed. However, there may be a cash alternative of $40,000 offered in lieu of the Grand Prize motorcycle, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Grand Prize winner and their private entertainer co-winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release to be returned within 7 days of written notification, or prize award will be void and an alternate winner selected. All federal, state and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner and co-winner. If the motorcycle is accepted as the Grand Prize, co-winners are mutually and equally responsible for all title & registration fees + insurance, and compliance with the motorcycle registration and driving laws of their respective state(s) of residence. Winner’s and co-winner’s entry and acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use said winner’s and co-winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state) on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation.

6. SWEEPSTAKES CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator and waive any right to claim ambiguity in regard to the mechanics of the sweepstakes or the interpretation of these Official Rules. Entrants, winner, and co-winner also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, their agents, the Sweepstakes Administrator, and their respective officers and employees, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize offered, or participation in this sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this sweepstakes will be declared ineligible and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
